CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTES
Toutes les réservations doivent être confirmées par carte bancaire.Annulation sans frais gratuite jusqu’à 48h avant la date d’arrivée, sauf les réservations non-remboursable. En cas de non présentation ou d’annulation hors délai, le client devra payer la totalité du séjour. Hôtel non fumeur, toute infraction sera sanctionnée de 68€. En cas de dégradation ou vol, un prélèvement minimum de 150€ sera appliqué. En cas de départ tardif sans en avoir au préalable informé la réception, un prélèvement minimum de 50€ sera appliqué.
